Main Form without Taskbar Icon?

Is it possible to have a floating (on-top) main form
that DOESN'T have a taskbar icon?

Any hints on how to accomplish this are highly appreciated...

showwindow(application.handle,sw_hide);

Search for the use of CreateParams in the TWincontrol (parent of TForm)
