isc4.gdb

Hi.
Is it ok to change the character set used for first, middle and last name in
the security database in IB6 from UNICODE_FSS to ISO8859_1?

If so, is there anything one has to lookout for?

If you specify ISO9959_1 as client character set when connecting,
then it is o.k. to have table columns defined as UNICODE_FSS -
IB will do conversion automatically.
(But sorting and uppercasing will not work with unicode)
