Advanced Org Charts

Anyone have a sample for displaying the following type of chart?

Dev express doesn't support this type of advanced Org Chart design and
are supposedly working on an update for me but don't say when it will
be done.
I was thinking of combining their dxDbTree with the dxDbOrgChart, but
there
would still be the problem of boxes being spread out too wide.
Any ideas?
