Privilaged Instruction Exception HELP

Greetings,

I'm attempting to redistribute my Delphi 3 built application with
InstallShield. My app runs just fine on my machine, but generates a
privilaged instruction exception when installed and run on any other NT
4.0 machine I've tried. If I install Delphi 3 on another machine that
exhibits this problem and rebuild my app there, it works just fine.
Oddly enough, it seems to require a rebuild. It won't run just because
I've installed delphi. Any suggestions? I've been on hold on Borland's
'tech support' big-bucks-drain-your-wallet line for over an hour now.
