MS Access replication IDs and Delphi.

Sorry to keep reposting this but I'm still hoping for a response.

Has anyone anywhere successfully or unsuccessfully used Delphi to read a
field of type "Replication ID" out of an Access database?

Apart from looking at these newsgroups and reporting the bug to Borland -
has anyone any other suggestions for finding out if this a known problem?

I'm porting my Delphi app to VB because of this and I hate it.

Re:MS Access replication IDs and Delphi.

Loading the latest MDAC 2.1 from MS and using a BDE replacement that uses
ADO (called Adonis)
see
http://www.{*word*104}magic.co.nz/winsoft/
fixes the problem I had below.

BDE still won't see the Replication IDs.

The fact that this is on no FAQ lists or knowledbge bases and that no-one
from Borland would come clean and tell me I was wasting my time with the BDE
is shameful.
