Partial filter strings Filters ?

Is it possible with the "filter" option on a Table, to search on a part of
the string?

Example:
String i want to find: 'a12,f10,222,7d4,'
Value i want to find it with: 'f10'

i know that i can do this easily width an SQL and a Query, but i find that
the "Filter and Table" combination is easyer and faster to work with in
this situation.

I am using Delphi 2.0
