$2108 Error ?

Anyone know what a BDE $2108 error means in English?

Cannot locate IDAPI32.DLL.  Check the registry setting of "DLLPATH" under
this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Borland\Database Engine

Then make sure you have an IDAPI32.DLL in the directory specified in the
registry.  Also make sure the rest of the BDE files are properly installed
in this location.

$2108 is "cannot locate IDAPI32.DLL". This usually means that the BDE is not
installed.
