W95, D4.03P (all german version)
some weeks ago updated from BDE 5.01 to 5.10 and the result:
New installations of my prog could nomore generate the required
paradoxtables.

My solution: deinstalling D4, deleting all BDE-Files, running all updates
...
(i think: Borland/Inprise has the meaning, that i have to much time to
spend)
and using again the BDE 5.01,
--- all is running fine again ---
the only problem: all users that installrd my software, have to delete there
BDE
and install a new version of my program, because, if 5.10 is installed, the
installer
will not alter BDE back.

what is wrong with the german BDE 5.10 ?
in my projekt i have to generate several tables (about 5 to 10)
in 5.01 i can, in 5.10 some will not be created.

You might want to post the specs
of the table(s) it won't create.
