More than one Session in Windows 95

I have a problem. I use Turbo Pascal 7.0 and have made a program which
runs in a DOS-box under Windows 95.

My problems is this:

My program must NOT be started more than once. Can I in Turbo Pascal 7.0
check to see if my program have been
started earlier on ? And if I can, can I then swap to that program in
that DOS-box (instead af executing another instance
of my program).

Any help about this would be nice.

Thank you.
