    There's nothing"mini" about this powerful little
control. It is a compact scroller with arrows on each
side & a value in the middle.  It can display numbers,
months, time of day, list contents, or values set by
code; very configurable. Even has AutoBorders ... so its
border only appears when mouse is over it.
    Takes up less space than a scrollbar + label.
