Best book to learn object pascal?

I'm a home school teacher of my three children (ages 11,13, 16) and I'd like
to begin teaching them object pascal (I've purchased Delphi 3, but I figured
its not much good if the underlying language isn't understood).

What is a good book which will help me instruct my children from the ground up
in object pascal?
