msaccess table import to MSSQL 7.0 table

I want to know how to import (upgrade) a msaccess table to a MSSQL 7.0
table:

1. in msaccess database there is a table named, customer (1000 records) and
in MSSQL 7.0 there is also a table named, customer (no record, minor diff.
structure).
2. in MSSQL 7.0 customer table may have stored procedure and diff. index
from that of msaccess. How to know whether it has stored proc. ?
3. customer no. in customer table is autoinc in both database. Also some
records may be deleted (ID:1,2,4,5,8,10).

1. How to upgrade or convert or transfer the data from msaccess to MSSQL
7.0?
2. How to handle the autoinc key? if you modif MSSQL stru., it may break
some foreign key or rules.

Benson.
