Actually, he did address the modem routines several times in his package.
But that was for a normal ascii script or logon. {perhaps I am answering my
own question and not realizing it}
It was my understanding that PAP is a Protocal in itself and is a means of
authenticating the user during logon, {password, name etc..}. But then again I
am just a beginner in this type of programming.
