Does Tray Icon limit at 16 color @16x16pixel ?

The size limit is indeed the limit, for the obvious reason that the system
tray is that size.  It wouldn't surprise me about the color depth, though.
I mean, it _is_ just a little icon meant for notification; it doesn't need
to be art.
