Hi everyone,

I just got a very strange RTE: 'ResultSgd has no parent window',
but the IDE can't find the error address. (D1)

This TStringGrid is filled in a FormShow procedure (after some heavy database
calculations). It is old code that used to work before (doesn't it always?).
The grid is not created dynamically, is just sits there waiting to be
filled with Cells[x,y] := ...
Grid font and size are adjusted as well.

Would this be a proper error message or just the result of some code
e.g. writing garbage all over memory.

Suggestions?

Yep, it was a stupid memory overwrite:

Counter^[Databasevalue] := .....

with a wrong value in the database.
