Windows Pascal 1.5 - Text color & Background color

I am converting some Pascal 3.0 programs to WIN 1.5.

I cannot locate the code to make my background colors Red with white charecters
and Blue background & white char.

I remember a pseudo CRT unit (or Delphi component???)
for Windows, from EFD.
