I am fast approuching insanity, and I would appreciate any help you could provice.
I trying to get a TGauge component to incrementally show how much of a BMP file has been loaded.

Maybe I am doing it the wrong way, bu this is what I want to achive..

The user selects a BMP file using an OpenDialog, and then this file gets loaded into a TImage
component using LoadFromFile.
What I want to see is a horizontal gauge (going from 0-100%),telling showing much of the file has
been already loaded.
I know how to set the gauge value using Progress, but what I guess I need is the amount of the
file loaded. This is where I run into a brick wall...

Can, any kind soul show me how to do this it, must be possble.
Any help/suggestions/ideas/pointers/thoughts would be appreciated....
