I know this may be very simple but at the moment I can't seem to be able to
do it.

How do you use the mainmenu component and place it in a cool bar like in any
windows program.

This is for Delphi 4 and Delphi 5. As an example if you open up Explorer how
do place that menu into that top cool bar.

http://www.borland.com/devsupport/delphi/download_files/menubar.zip and
use it.

...but the best one is to use one of third-party menu components, available
at Torry, DlephiPages, etc. They fix many Borland's bugs and improve your
application with additional things.
