BDE & DATETIME: NOT A BDE BUG

Hello!
This is the third message of the 'saga' about errors updating datetime
columns of ms-sql tables: finally it worked. Thanks to a message of Marcio
Ponte posted on 28/11/1998:

DO NOT CHECK THE 'Use International Settings' CHECKBOX ITEM IN THE CLIENT
CFG. UTILITY OF THE MS-SQL.

It's a "classical" Delphi - MSSQL problem (and one of the most stupid bugs
I've ever seen). Inprise should work around it or say something about it on
the README. Maybe it wasn't noted because it doesn't happen in
english-version Windows, it only affects us "strangers".
