Error 70: Unit Version Mismatch on Dialogs.

After installing the VB 3.0 MSCOMM.VBX I keep getting a Unit
Version Mismatch on the Dialogs Unit.
Does anyone know why - and does anyone have a solution?

Delphi only supports Version 1 of the VBX specification (as does Borland
Pascal and MS Visual C++ 1.5) so you are probably getting a version
mismatch message. Either get another communication VBX or try using some
of the Delphi VCL's available for Serial communications.

Dialogs is the name of one of the standard VCL units.  You are
apparently trying to create a new unit of the same name --- not
allowed.  Rename your new one to some other name.

You DID say "VB" right? :) I think we have the answer.
