Look for Delphi Cryptography links at
http://www.efg2.com/lab/library/Delphi/MathFunctions/Cryptography.htm

Look for additional (non-Delphi) Cryptography links in Section H of
http://www.efg2.com/lab/library/mathematics.htm

Check out the Delphi page of the Scramdisk site.  It host's David Barton's
Delphi components, all free with source.

There are also numerous newsgroups (e.g. "sci.crypt") and countless web
pages on cryptography.  If you are contemplating a serious use of
encryption, it is not only unadvisable but totally unnecessary for you
to "roll your own."
