using D1 components in a D2 app?

Hello all,

Can you use D1 components in a D2 app, or do you need the 32 bit componants?

Thanks,

D1 uses the VCX type components, D2 uses OCX type, so they are incompatable
across versions

D2 is capable of using them if you have the source.

The only problem is that there are a lot of quirks and changes moving from
Win16 to Win32.  Unless the component has been written and tested in both,
you will have some problems.
