Sweep Interval Counter

Hi,

Does Interbase (5.6) reset the DB sweep interval counter after restarting?
And if it doesn't, does it start the sweep immedatly after restarting when
it
exceeds the counter?

Thanks,

No. The sweep is started when the difference between the OAT (oldest active
transaction) and OIT (oldest interesting t.) reaches the sweep interval value.
Both values are stored in the header page of a database file, so restarting
the engine wont affect them.

Not after restarting, but with the first transaction that sees a differenct of
the above mentioned values >= the sweep interval.
