listbox 'caret' color

is it possible to set 'caret' color in list box?
like Windows Commander....

You have to use an owner-drawn listbox for this (Style =
lbOwnerDrawFixed) and draw the items in the controls OnDrawItem event.
This allows you to draw them in any color your want.

is it possible to do it on ListView(change the selection color)? there
is no style on ListView...

In D4 you can since the D4 TListview exposes the custom draw facilities
of the listview common control. This allows you to draw the items
yourself.
