I have a problem with BDE merge module. If i include it into my setup
project and BDE is already installed on the Target machine, setup fails
without any info message. It seems, it copies some files and then removes
the installed files after trying to setup BDE. This results, that no files
are copied, and no message is displayed. Setup terminates with success
message. This happens also, if the BDE is associated with the
component/feature, that is not installed at all (not selected in custom
setup dialog).
Does anybode have the workaround for this, or am i doing something wrong.
I am using IS developer 7.0 with BDE enterprise mergemodule from Borland,
version 5.2.
