There turned out to be a compiler bug causing major problems with statically
linked 4.2 IBX apps that used TIBQuery.  I have fixed that problem and put the
updated copy on to Code Central.

This did not affect the Delphi version at all so people using the Delphi version
of the update do not have to update their 4.2, only the BCB users.  I'm sorry
this got past me, but I did all my last minute testing with packages and it was
only a statically linking problem.
