Creating a Form when Screen Saver is Active

Hi

I have developed an application which is constantly running on a standalone
pc. When the screen saver starts up, the application continues to run in
the background. However, when it gets to creating a new form, the program
stops at the form's OnPaint event. When the screen saver is interrupted,
the form is then painted and the application continues to run as normal.
Is there any way around this?

Thanks

Deborah

You could use a thread to continue some calculations in the background.
There no sense in painting a screen when no one looks at it.
