Borland C++/OWL 5.02 trial version or C++ Builder 5 compiling OWL

I need to send a Borland C++/OWL 5.02 application to a Programmer who does
not have Borland C++/OWL 5.02, but does have the C++ Builder 5 trial version
downloaded from Borland site. So my questions are:

1) Is there a way (from the web) to get a trial or free version of Borland
C++ 5.02?

2) Does C++ Builder 5 compile Borland C++/OWL 5.02 application?

1) As far as I know, no.

2) Yes, provided you have the correct libraries and set your project up
properly. If your friend has only a trial version however, I would think
not.
