Someone helped me on this before but was unable to get their approach to
work.

I'm using NT 4.0 and installed Delphi. When someone else logs on there
is not information on the pallett.

I want multiple people to be able to use delphi on the same computer.

As the other user do a registry only install for Delphi.

The correct way to punctuate a sentence that starts: "Of course it is
none of my business but ~" is to place a period after the word "but".
Don't use excessive force in supplying such a moron with a period.
