Is there a place where nice free images can be found on the net that can be
used in applications.
There are some images with Delphi but are there other out there for download
?

There are zillions of free images on the net.  'Good' ones is a matter of
your personal tastes and their suitability for your purposes;  you weren't
very specific in your requirements.

Off course the web is full of graphics but i wanted to know where there is a
collection of graphics from which i can be sure they are not copyrighted and
that they can be freely used in applications.
I am looking for nice graphics for use in aboutboxes and splashscreens
