Does anybody know how pass the value in the Tdbradiogroup.
I try to use
  for example
 query1.params[1].asstring := empdbradiogroup.values
                              (actually what should I put here)
                              for the checkbox is:
                              empdbcheckbox.checked, how about
for                               DBRadioGroup ?

the error message : not compatibility Tstring...

The Only way I've found to get the value from a TDBRadioGroup is:

   ==>  TDBRadioGroup.Values[TDBRadioGroup.ItemIndex]  <==

You'll want to use the "Values" instead of the "Items", because they may
differ.
