WINNT 4.0 Delphi 2.0 C/S built-in PVCS won't check in

I am running WINNT 4.0 and Delphi 2.0 C/S using the built-in PVCS
tool. I can check out files with the PVCS software but when I click
the button for check in nothing happens (no errors reported or
anything). Any ideas?
