Looking t cut movie into 10 - 20 individual images 1 second apart

Im trying to use the multimedia object to take sections of a movie and
display it as 10 - 20 different pics
about a second apart, any ideas

Look up Earls site under AVI.

It fgives examples of extracting Bitmaps (pics) from movies (AVI).
