How to create WinHelp rtf files using Windows 95 Wordpad

I think he's saying that his program processes wordpad files into
winhelp rtf
files... you still need the microsft compiler.

Under normal circumstances, wordpad cannot product winhelp because it
lacks footnote capability.

Is this correct, Laurie?
