Var RECORD appended to table HELP needed

I have a component of RECORD type with 12 fields that I'm using to
assemble data from a form. Later, after some data manipulation, I want
to insert that record (append, actually) into a table with similar
record structure. Is there a way to do this without working with each
field individually?

I'm using DELPHI 2.0. I don't want to edit the table directly, that's
why I'm using a var of Record type.

Help is GREATLY appreciated!
