No Code Explorer in Std Version?

No Code Explorer in Std Version?

I have the Standard version of version 5. I am unable to activate or
otherwise find the "Code Explorer".

People have suggested using VIEW|CODE EXPLORER but there simply is no such
choice on my menu. Also, things like CTRL+ALT+(various arrows) doesn't
seem to do anything.

Is Code Explorer not provided in the standard version? Or, is there
something special I have to do during installation to activate it?

(BTW I bought my copy just a year ago, but am just now starting to use it
quite a bit.)

There is no Code Explorer in the Standard Version. Take a look at:
