At the beginning of the program you are trying to run is
  UNIT unitname;
which means that it is a unit (only PART of a program) and you CANT
run that.

Look for a program that starts with
  PROGRAM programname;
or doesn't have a declaration at all.

Those will run FINE.

Means you are trying to execute a unit.  You may have a program consist
ing of several units and one program file.  If you are not in that
program file when you press the lightning bolt (or press ctrl-f9)
this error will occur.  To avoid it, have one file which is not a
unit which is the main program file.  open the compile menu and
specify this file as the primary file.  Then, when you press the
lightning bolt button, the primary file will be compiled along with
all the units it uses and the program ___should___ run.
