I'm not sure if anyone has posted a request like mine before, but here
it is.

I'm trying to knock up a simple activexform with 3 text boxes & a
button.  The app could not be simpler, but the problem starts when I
try and load in the .htm page that is created after I've deployed the
application.  Nothing seems to happen!! except the header info.
Could anyone advice me on what i'm possible doing wrong?

The simple explanation in the manual has been followed, but still it
does not work.
