1. When the owner of database is processing transactions, the SYSDBA user
performs a force shut down, what will happen to the transactions of owner at
the end of timeout period if the transactions are still active? Is it rolled
back or not affected?

2. When SYSDBA users performs a restart operation to a database which is not
shut down and has active transactions, does the restart operation affect the
current transaction?
