HP-1100 printer and Quick report

when you have an HP-1100 printer and it is the default printer, if you have
a quick report, whenever you issue report.preview or report.print you get an
access violation error.with the same configuration, if you make another
printer as default, and you print the same report selecting the preiovus
HP-1100, the reports prints fine.

What does your AV says ?

Have you tried to download the newest HP driver(must old HP drivers are badly
written)?

I can echo the same problem. I have downloaded the latest driver for the
printer and I still get the same problem.

Does anybody have any ideas?

With a new hp printer the cd with the drivers solved the problem for me (on
different pc's), the drivers on the diskette, also supplied with the printer
failed.
I do not have the drivers here, but if i remember it will the driver version
on the cd was something with 25 at the and.

Hi :)

I solved that by installing driver for HP5 instead of HP1100. It works fine and
no problems with reports.
