Error Msg 12203 on Oracle 7 and Windows 98 Client

Hi All,

Did you have experience with error massage 12203 when use windows 98 as
client to connect with Oracle 7.3 on NT Server. I find description on Server
Massage book, but not found detail about that error massage. Did anyone can
help me?
