using bcb6 compiled component in delphi

hi all,

i wonder if there is any way not only to install but also to use a component
written in c++ and compiled with bcb6 in delphi6?

I think you can install and use it - the component will appear on palette,
you can drop it on form, designtime code works, but you can't build a
program that uses this component, because Delphi does not have c++ compiler.

However, if BCB6 was able to produce D6 compatible DCP for the component
package, you could build the application with packages in Delphi.

While BCB can use components written and compiled with Delphi,
Delphi can NOT use components written and compiled with BCB.
The best that you can hope for is to get the code and convert
it to Delphi.
