I am working on an optical measuring system.
For some experiments I need the possibility to
grab frames from my TV card - as far as possible
in real time.
I have found a component called TWinTV - it worked
fine but only under Win95. It uses the mci API.
For my TV card (Hauppauge WinTV primio) is
no WinNT4 mci driver available.

Do you know a component which can to this or
do you know Windows function calls I can use for
this?
I have found the avicap32.dll but I know only a few
commands and I have to problems to get access to
the frames data.

The best would be a component with
TImage as ancestor class.
