ADO Express and Access2000 Synchroisatio

I am using ADO Express with Delphi 5. I wrote a program working with a
access 2000 database. As i kneed high availability on different machines
i want to use the synchronisation supported by access. My problem is
that i want to start the synchronisation out of my program and i dont
know how. Please help!!
