SVGA scrolling

Has anyone ever coded a scrolling in SVGA ?
I urgently need one in 640x480x256 !!!

Please help me !

    Are you sure?
    Basically, you'll want the big .zip file in that directory, or http
    to that address.

  The URL I posted does work, at least with Netscape. Also: I figured that
  whoever couldn't use the URL directly in Netscape, would at least know
  in which directory to find what (s)he needed.
