Help with connect problem to Oracle 7.3 on Solaris using D2 C/S and BDE 3.0

I am able to connect to ORACLE server using SQLplus utility. However I
can
not connect to the database using delphi 2.  Details of my settings and
the
problem is as follows:

Platform:
Windows 95 . Delphi 2 C/S and  BDE version 3.0 and ORACLE 7.3.2 on Sun
Solaris
Network :
Novell

My alias  and driver  setting for oracle areas follows:
SERVERNAME = ORADB (Same for both pages Alias and  ORACLE driver)
NET PROTOCOL = TNS ( I have tried with TNS, TCP/IP, empty and SPX)

DBExplorer  gives me the following error

Vendor Initialization Failed
BDE Error 15879 [$3E][$7]
-> when presses next
File :ORA72win.DLL
BDE Error 8458 [$21][$A]
when pressed next
BDE Error 15879 [$3E][$7]
 Alias : ORADB

My ORA72WIN.DLL is in J:\ORAWIN95\BIN
This is a shared drive where all the oracle client software is kept.

I can connect to the database from remote site using D2 and same
settings for tnsnames.ora  file. However I use TCP/IP to connect to the
data base and  my orawin95 is in C:

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
