invisible or not invisible

HI everybody
can somone please tell me if it is possible to have your form visible on the
screen without having an "icon" showing at the same time ??  similar to tool
window ??
if anyone could show me how..  I would be happy man :o)..

ShowWindow(Application.Handle, SW_HIDE);

will remove the taskbar button.
