I have a problem using the powersocket (actually I am using the TNMSMTP,
which uses TPowersock, and initialise this).

The problem occurs on Win95 and Win98 when the customer does not have a new
version of winsocket (pre version 2)

My program crashes with a WSAInfo failure, which (as far as I know) origins
from winsocket.

Does anyone have a suggestion to what I can do, to get rid of this failure.
