At design time I have a form with Width := 400 and Height := 300. At
run time:
with Borderstyle := bsDialog then Width := 398 and Height := 298.
with Borderstyle := bsSingle then Width := 394 and Height := 294.
with Borderstyle := bsDialog then Width := 392 and Height := 273.

I think this is not what most people would expect. Borland keeps the
ClientWidth constant in all cases. I've never seen a warning in the
manauals. Looking in the .DFM file I only see ClientWidth and
ClientHeight mentioned. Is it possible to remove these properties and
replace then with Width and Height?
