Loading and Saving QRP files

These questions have probably been asked before but I couldn't find them in
the current listings.
On the QR page at the top are 2 icons for loading and saving a report. They
work fine if you preview a report. What I need is the ability to save a
report directly to a QRP file without going into preview mode. I also need
the ability to load a file and then preview it. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
